Mushrooms are produced in our small production room in our barn. Specially designed with the right humidity and heat, so that the fungi can develop optimally. They grow in a mixture of wood chips, sliced straw and coffee grounds, which we of course receive from some of the island's restaurants. The circular in that equation makes really good sense to us. And in this way we can produce and deliver completely fresh local mushrooms to both restaurants and private individuals here on Bornholm.
